On expulsion or an exit notice: often only a few weeks to act — emergency relief is hours, not weeks

What this is about in concrete terms
When an expulsion looms
I examine your case, develop the defence strategy, and represent you before the immigration authority, the Regional Council (Regierungspräsidium), the embassy, and in court.
How I support you
- Representation in expulsion proceedings
- Grant and renewal of residence permits
- Settlement permit and permanent residence
- Acting against refusals – in objection and court proceedings
- Acting against protracted proceedings: a formal reminder and action for failure to act (§ 75 VwGO)
- Representation before immigration authorities and embassies
Asylum and the BAMF decision
A BAMF decision marked „rejected“ often leaves only one or two weeks for an appeal and an emergency motion. I review the decision, draft the appeal and the emergency motion in time, and represent you before the Administrative Court – including Dublin and follow-up proceedings.
Frequently asked
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
Usually within 48 hours. For urgent matters and deadline cases, we recommend calling. (Emails can occasionally end up in the spam folder.)
Is an online consultation equivalent to in-person?
Yes. By video or phone I work the same way as in person — across Germany and internationally. You can send documents as photos or scans in advance; I check the deadline and respond.
Which languages can we work in?
German, English, and Greek — all three near-native. Write or call in whichever language is most comfortable for you.
