How I support you
When naturalisation is possible
As a rule, you can be naturalised if you have lived lawfully in Germany for several years, secure your own livelihood, have sufficient German language skills, and meet the further statutory requirements. Whether naturalisation is possible in your case I examine together with you – even when your situation seems complicated at first glance.
How I support you
- Reviewing your eligibility for naturalisation
- Preparing and filing the naturalisation application
- Compiling the required evidence
- Questions on multiple nationality and keeping your previous citizenship
- Legal assistance with follow-up requests from the authority
- Acting against delayed proceedings via a formal reminder and action for failure to act (§ 75 VwGO)
- Representation against refusals and in objection and court proceedings
Filing early – losing no time
In naturalisation cases every month often counts. That is why I make sure your application is filed with the authority as early as possible. Official forms or supplementary documents can frequently still be submitted during the ongoing procedure. This avoids losing valuable time before processing even begins.
When the procedure stalls
Naturalisation procedures often take many months, sometimes years – even when the required documents are already on file. You do not simply have to accept these delays. If the authority remains inactive for a longer period after the application, I examine the options of a formal reminder or an action for failure to act under § 75 VwGO. The aim is to speed up the procedure and bring about a decision.
Frequently asked
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
Usually within 48 hours. For urgent matters and deadline cases, we recommend calling. (Emails can occasionally end up in the spam folder.)
Is an online consultation equivalent to in-person?
Yes. By video or phone I work the same way as in person — across Germany and internationally. You can send documents as photos or scans in advance; I check the deadline and respond.
Which languages can we work in?
German, English, and Greek — all three near-native. Write or call in whichever language is most comfortable for you.
